*Roll the Bones* is an underappreciated album for sure; and I adore "Where's My Thing?". Thanks for featuring it today!

Cool song....never heard it before, but then, Rush was never my prog group of choice (that mantle went to Genesis starting in 1972...and Rush, for me, never caught up)! I'm curious, MK, if you've ever heard (or heard of) the oft-compared-to late-'70s band, Pavlov's Dog.

Many have said their lead singer, David Surkamp, sounds a lot like Geddy (and much of their music Rush-like proggy). PD was on ABC Records in '75, but quickly got picked up by Columbia, and released a couple more albums in the late-'70s. They've always had interesting people working with them: BOC producers Sandy Pearlman and Murray Krugman, Michael Brecker, Bill Bruford, and Roxy's Andy MacKay.

Curious to hear your reactions, if you've heard them before, or if you're new to them, whatcha think!

Never heard of them! I'll check them out.

They're still around (at least as recently as 2019).

Love this deep cut! Some of my favorite songs on their albums are their instrumentals. Roll The Bones was definitely underappreciated. I have to say, for me,I didn’t love the production on it. But the songs were top notch.

Which is funny, as I am a big fan of Rupert Hine. I just found the mix a little bit thin.

You weren't the only one. Most Rush fans have the same complaint.
